Make His Presence and Strength a Continual Request.

I cannot think of a day that we could ever see, where we don’t need God’s presence. He is in fact always with us; but there is a difference when “we” know that He is.

There is a certain security and confidence that a child has when their parent(s) are present. I imagine that they would act and feel much differently in their absence. The same with us and our Heavenly Father. We are His children and we need His presence.

1 Chronicles 16:11

“Seek the Lord and his strength; seek his presence continually!”

David was reminding the people to seek God’s presence and strength not just in bad times, but at all times. When we seek and welcome God’s presence and His strength into our life; it improves our daily outcomes. Not only that, it makes us feel more empowered and at peace. We can do All things with His strength; and the world can do us no harm when He is present in our lives. Add this to your daily prayer and experience the benefits :-)
