God Even Answers the Silent Prayers.
Written By Maranda Kelley

There are moments in life that leave us at a loss for words. Sometimes, the weight of what you’re carrying inside feels so overwhelming that it’s hard to put it into words. Or maybe it’s not sorrow—it’s just a season of uncertainty where you don’t even know what to pray for. The beautiful thing about God is that He hears even our silent prayers. He understands our thoughts and knows the concerns on our hearts. That’s why it’s so important to spend time in His presence, even when we don’t have the words.
Hannah Prayed a Silent Prayer -1 Samuel 1:13-15
13 Hannah was praying silently, and though her lips were moving, her voice could not be heard. Eli thought she was drunk 14 and said to her, “How long are you going to be drunk? Get rid of your wine!”
15 “No, my lord,” Hannah replied. “I am a woman with a broken heart. I haven’t had any wine or beer; I’ve been pouring out my heart before the Lord.
Hannah’s silent prayer is a powerful example of what it means to seek God in our most vulnerable moments. When she was deeply troubled and overwhelmed with sorrow, she didn’t turn to people, social media, or other distractions to find comfort. Instead, she devoted herself to being in the presence of the Lord, pouring out her heart in silent prayer. Though her lips moved without sound, the Lord heard the cry of her heart. He saw her sincerity, her desperate need, and her unwavering faith in Him to resolve her situation. In the same way, we should turn to God in our times of need, trusting that He sees our pain, hears our silent prayers, and has the power to answer in ways that no earthly source ever could. If and when you should have a moment where you can't find the words, I encourage you to still go and silently pray to God. He knows all about it and is able to help you.
God bless you!
