When There Is a Will, God Makes a Way!
Written by Maranda Kelley
Surely, you’ve heard the saying, “When there’s a will, there’s a way.” But have you ever stopped to consider what this truly means in the context of faith?
The word “will” carries many meanings, but today, let’s focus on one that can transform your life: having a deliberate and unshakable desire to pursue something. Deliberately means acting with clear intention, on purpose, with unwavering determination. It means knowing, beyond any doubt, what you want and aligning it with God’s purpose for your life.
Here’s the truth: if you have a will to be blessed, God will make a way for you to receive that blessing. If you have a will to achieve a goal or fulfill a purpose, God will open doors no man can shut. But it all starts with you. What is your will today? What desire has God placed in your heart that you’re ready to pursue?
The key is simple: surrender your will and your requests to God. When you commit your desires to Him, you activate His divine power to do what seems impossible. Watch as He creates a path where there was none, provides answers where there were only questions, and leads you to victories you never imagined.
Remember, having a will means taking action. Faith without works is dead, and whatever you truly desire, you must pursue with effort and intention. Trust that God will meet you along the way.
Proverbs 16:3“Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established.”
Isaiah 43:19“Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will MAKE A WAY in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.”
No matter how difficult the road may seem, hold fast to your will and let God show you the way. The path is already prepared for those who trust Him!
God bless you!
